This Project Manual is the final product of the Powelton*Drexel Community Greening and Action Plan. It is the hope of all project partners and participants that the information contained in the Project Manual will be a useful tool to aid in the implementation of additional projects identified during the planning and design process as well as a practical guide to the active management of all existing neighborhood greening projects.
