The Visual Interactive Communications Group was formed to create Visual Interactive Codes™ (VIC™) – so conversion of documents is our main service. We also offer other services related to visual communication and community design, listed below.
Our primary service is converting land use regulations, design manuals, comprehensive plans, or other land planning documents into a Visual Interactive Code™ (VIC™) format. This process involves taking properly formatted text documents (in Microsoft Word, "Master Documents"), adding hypertext links for all defined terms, cross references, and illustrated commentary, and then compiling these files into dynamic HTML format for distribution on CD-ROM, intranet, or internet. |
