VIC will operate on any multimedia computer using an internet browser such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.  VIC can recognize if the user has a PC or Mac, and work for both.  The minimum computer hardware configuration includes 200 mhz Pentium preferred (will work with only 133 mhz) with 24 RAM, of course with multimedia, more is always better. Computers with those specifications are available for about $1500. If you plan to view VIC from a CD-ROM the computer will need a CD-ROM drive. If you plan to view VIC over the internet your computer will need a modem or other internet connection.
