With the exception of the final stage compilation, all other steps (proper formating of the text; gathering and organizing the graphics and commentary) can be completed by consultants (we recommend those with design and/or physical planning expertise), in-house staff, or we can assist you. Several municipalities have used the energy of a motivated planning commission to gather images for the commentary; others have sponsored a photo-contest; and still others could consider engaging the youth of the community via a class in the local school or a photography club, for example.
